Revitalization of domestic semiconductor manufacturing by the U.S. Government in partnership with industry is paramount for economic resiliency and competitiveness. With the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Congress is enabling the government-industry coordination needed to regain U.S. manufacturing leadership.
